Automatically Collected Usage and Device Data:

Like many websites, we use tracking technologies to automatically gather technical data from your browser, mobile device, or other device when you access our site. This information may include (but is not limited to) your IP address, browser type and language, referring and exit pages, URLs, clickstream data, landing pages, pages viewed, time spent on each page, and timestamps of your visits. Collecting this data allows us to tailor your experience and monitor how the site is used.

Use of Cookies:

We use cookies—small data files stored on your device either temporarily or permanently—for various operational purposes on our website. Cookies help us manage user sessions, such as keeping items in your shopping cart. While you can configure your browser to block cookies or notify you when cookies are sent, doing so may impact your ability to use certain features of the site. We employ both session cookies (which expire when your browser is closed) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted).

Use of Pixels (Web Beacons/Web Bugs/JavaScript Tags):

We may incorporate tiny graphics known as Pixels to log certain activities when you visit our site or interact with our digital content. Pixels assist in cookie delivery, help track user visits, and can be embedded in emails to assess open rates or user engagement. Unlike cookies, Pixels reside within web content or emails and are not stored on your device. The data we collect using Pixels helps us improve our marketing strategies and measure the performance of ads shown on third-party platforms.

Data from Other External Sources:

We may gather personal information from service providers, vendors, or other trusted third parties and combine it with data we've already collected. This helps us maintain up-to-date records and create a more accurate and personalised user experience. We or our partners may also link this information to your existing user account.

IP Address and Location Data:

Your IP address is assigned to your device when connecting to the internet and may be logged when you access our site. We may use this data for functions such as system diagnostics, aggregated usage reporting, and usage monitoring. Additionally, we may link your IP address to personal information you’ve provided. We may also collect precise geolocation and address data—such as billing and shipping addresses—when required to fulfill product or service requests.

Social Media Interactions:

If you engage with us on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, any personal information you share—depending on your privacy settings—may be collected by us. Likewise, any public responses or interactions we make on those platforms may be visible to other users. We are not responsible for how your personal information is handled on social media, which operates independently of us. We recommend reviewing the privacy settings and policies of any social platform you use to better understand their practices.

Analytics Services Provided by Third Parties:

We work with external analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, to gather insights about how our website is used. These providers utilise cookies to collect data such as your device type, operating system, browser, location, time on site, and interactions with pages. This data helps us understand user behavior and improve your experience. These tools can also track your activity across other websites and provide aggregated data like demographic trends, interests, and location.
